Peter Lee, the owner of the Practice, is a Chartered Architect with over 20 years post qualification experience and is a corporate member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

PJ Lee Architect was established in 1995 and our first office in Bridgend, Wales, was opened in 2003.  Our key areas of operation in South Wales include Bridgend, Cardiff, Newport & Swansea.

Currently, the Practice comprises of 3 chartered architects, one senior architectural technologist, one architectural assistant and the practice manager.

The practice has been involved with a large number of locally based building projects which include Townscape Heritage Initiative funded projects in the town centre of Bridgend, the River Board Walk (with James Brotherhood Associates), and most recently the new Island Farm Sports and Leisure Project.

We also have considerable experience of the residential market, providing architectural services to domestic clients, private landlords, developers and house builders.  Projects include small residential extensions, loft conversions, remodelling and refurbishment of existing houses, flat conversions, new build bespoke housing and housing developments.
